Welcome to Healthy Lives! I have created this blog to discuss health and fitness topics for women who are currently pregnant and/or in the postpartum period. My goal is to educate and communicate the power of living a fit life through exercise and a clean nutrition plan to keep you feeling your best through this season of life having and raising young children.
